if you're seeing this, leave a comment!

comments mean a lot to me, especially if it's about something specific i've written, whether you have something to say about it or it made you think something else or whatever else.

morale can get pretty low some days, even though i keep on publishing regardless. it's helpful to know that people are reading and care about what i'm writing.

so if you see this, or any of my other blogposts, and it makes you think or feel something, i'd love to hear about it!

:)

  1. hi! i'm ege (you might remember me as https://x.com/dpinkshadow). i'm reading your blog daily and enjoying it.

you're doing great. i remember that we started following each other on twitter when you had around 200 followers. i watched your takeoff there first-hand. i won't be surprised to see it again here.

i linked to your writing in two of my posts:

    1. wow, thanks so much for this comment! i'm delighted to connect with you in a new context. it means so much that you read my blog!

i really enjoyed the two pieces you linked. i admire your ability to name and link stuff; for some reason i tend to hem and haw about actually naming people or things rather than just keeping it ambiguous (the post of mine with the scott alexander quote was a notable exception!).

i really liked this sentence you wrote: "Pausing harmed the process and only cure was doing more." i've found the same thing! the difference between doing it daily versus not is so surprisingly significant, though i continue to need reminders that it's worth doing even on days when i don't write anything "good."

      thanks for being here!
